PROJECT
The Buildmark taxfirm Studio was born in 2014 from the idea of Dr. Graziano Pignatelli, to set up a professional firm that could offer to the entrepreneurs a complete consultancy and assistance service, to support them in the challenges and pitfalls that the market and bureaucracy reserve.
Over the years, the Buildmark taxfirm Studio has gained considerable experience in the start-up and management of numerous Italian and foreign companies, specializing in the planning and correct formalization of the business idea in the market and in obtaining, to this end, of the permits and licenses necessary for carrying out the activity by the relevant public bodies.
Currently, the Buildmark taxfirm Studio boasts, in addition to a clientele rooted in various locations in the Italian national territory, a significant number of foreign client companies based in China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, United States of America, Holland, Austria , Estonia, Hungary, Turkey, Cyprus, Swiss and the Principality of Monaco.
The Buildmark taxfirm Studio, by virtue of the skills of the professionals it uses, registered in the relevant professional Orders and Associations, in addition to offering accounting services, employment consultancy, consultancy on safety at work, stands out for a dedicated consultancy service out-of-court lawyer for businesses.
Furthermore, it boasts specialization in due diligence operations, pre-purchase checks on companies and risk management activities.
FOUNDER
Dr. Graziano Pignatelli, a qualified Lapet fiscal advisor, achieved Law degree with a thesis in Commercial Law entitled "The bankruptcy of the unlimitedly liable partner in partnerships and joint-stock companies" and a Master's degree in Corporate Law.
Before starting the Buildmark taxfirm Studio, he worked in two of most important italian Companies, Telecom Italia S.p.A. and in Poste Italiane S.p.A., mainly holding positions relating to the management of business customers.
During his university studies he gained significant experience in the field of defensive investigations, collaborating with various private investigation Institutes for the prevention and combating of fraud, unfair competition and the infidelity of company partners and collaborators.
As a professional expert in the correct management of joint-stock companies, he has held the position of sole Director for some companies, including the Italian headquarters of the Hangzhou Boray import & export Ltd. company.
In 2016 he published the book "The Profession without crisis", he is the author of several in-depth legal and fiscal articles for businesses and is also a teacher in professional training courses.
At the Confucius Institute he obtained several HSK certifications for knowledge of the Chinese language, speaks fluent English, is passionate about sailing and a member of a Rotary Club.

Dr. Graziano Pignatelli is an accredited teacher at the National Association of Fiscal Advisor "Lapet" and teaches training courses for job orientation and professional training.

As member of the National Association of Fiscal Advisor Lapet, Dr. Graziano Pignatelli participated as teacher on the Privacy legislation, in the training project called "Corporate Culture", sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Florence and aimed at students of secondary education of the metropolitan city of Florence.
CONVENTIONS
The Buildmark Studio has an agreement with the Guglielmo Marconi University, to allow registered students to carry out the curricular internships envisaged in the study plan and valid for the acquisition of CFU training credits.
